There is a lot of really good information in this instructable, and no shortcuts. Basically it boils down to sacking up, eating right, and busting your ass if you want to stay healthy. Unfortunately, that's the last thing that most people looking to lose weight want to hear. Someone else commented on the importance of drinking lots of water as well, and I have to second that.
