Mint cream

Ingredients of 4 portions

Mint extract - to taste Sugar powder - 2 glasses Cream 10%- ¼ glasses

1. In a bowl the mixer shake up icing sugar with cream to a condition of a soft cream. Depending on a consistence necessary to you add still the sugar powder or some drops of cream. 2. Then add some drops of mint extract (don't add at once much), then necessarily add still.
