Learn how to make delicious Mandarin Muffins!

If you're not in a mood for some complicated, time consuming recipe but you want something sweet that goes well with your tea or that can entertain your guests, then this weeks recipe is the right one for you!


  • 200gr flor
  • 130gr sugar
  • 200gr butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 mandarin

- 180ºC in the oven for 30 / 45 min This recipe is for 6 muffins (If you use the big muffin cases)

These are the grapefruit ones, they are really very nice, <br>I was suprised how good they taste they'er not bitter as though they would be, you have to make them...<br><br>I used half a grapefruit 135g = 37G of juice, and zest from half...<br>

<p>With lime yes! They are good but with a much stronger flavor. With grapefruit I never tried. If you do try it please tell me how it went :)</p>
