Cake: 1 3/4 Cup Flour 2 Cup Sugar 3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder 2 Tsp Baking Soda 1 Tsp Baking Powder 1 Tsp Salt 1/2 Cup Whole Milk 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil 2 Extra Large Eggs 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Cup Strong Hot Coffee

Ganache: 125 Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream 1 Cup Raspberries 1 Cup Granulated Sugar Bit of Water

Garnish (Opt.): Fresh Raspberries Powdered Sugar Mint

    Yummy! I'm not much of a fan of coffee. Do you think it would work to replace it with hot cocoa?

    There's already plenty of cocoa in this recipe, so adding a bit of hot cocoa won't make much of a difference. You can probably just use hot water or even an extra cup of milk. Hope this helps [:
