How to make Rosemary Tea

Rosemary is a japanese herb it is extremely healthy it has long been treated to cure cancer, baldness, cold and flu, epilepsy, insomnia, anxiety, depression, dehydration, amnesia, anger issues, bipolar, aspergers syndrome, hallucinations, schizophrenia and stress. Though for many it may take a long period of months to take full effect.

Step 1: You Will Need

1 full branch of organic rosemary


1 teapot


4 cups of boiled water


1 teaspoon of honey

Dried rosemary is fine.

I've never heard of rosemary tea before, I'll definitely give it a try, though I don't have any fresh rosemary, is dried okay?

yes, you can use dried rosemary.
