I used screws drilled through the inside/out to mount the foamboard. I cut out the shapes I needed based on pics of the arm gauntlets used in the movies, hot glued them into place and covered them with papermache. After everything dried, i gave them a coat of silver paint. let dry, used liquid latex to make battle worn scares, let dry, then the color paint.
