You need

  • Ibrik (Turkish Coffee Pot)
  • pot for boiling water
  • 3-4 tea spoons very fine grind coffee

Step 1:

  1. boil water
  2. put the coffee in the Ibrik
  3. heat the Ibrik up
  4. put the water in the Ibrik
  5. heat it up again

If you cook the way you do, the coffee will still be raw
The pot is called 'cezve' not ibrik and It isn't the right way and the coffee needs to cook slowly to make the taste better not like making filter coffee
But i have to confession. İts easy than tradational way
İt isnt right way :(
<p>bubbles is the key of Turkish cofffee,</p><p>and you should boil the water in cezve ( you mentioned it as ibrik)</p><p>before it boils you should put the coffee on it or boil it with coffee</p>
