step by step: how to make a bag out of duct tape! This is the simple, plain version.
You Will Need:
- ruler
- any color roll of duct tape
- razor/x-acto knife/scissors

Step 1:

measure a 10 in. strip of duct tape. measure out another strip, same length, and place it directly on top of your first piece. the strips should be laid sticky side to sticky side.

Step 2:

take the double-sided strip from step one. cut another 10 in. strip and place it on top of your original strip, sticky side down. place it so that it sticks on but leaves most of the sticky side hanging off. do the same to the other side.

Step 3:

continue step 2 until you end up with a 10 in. by 9 1/2 in. sheet of duct tape. trim the excess off the edges but not too much because how much you trim effects your bag's size.

Step 4:

make a 2 in. by 10 in. double-sided strip like step 1.this will be the bottom of the bag. trim any excess.

Step 5:

make two 2in. by 9 1/2 in. double sided strips. these will be your sides. trim any excess.

Step 6:

and now for the hard part...
follow steps 1 - 3 until you have a 10 in. by 19 in. piece of duct tape fabric. yes, i know, it's VERY long. be patient. trial-error process. trim any excess.

Step 7:

time for the straps! measure them to your liking. i made mine long b/c i like my bags to hang low. take two strips of duct tape and place one in the middle of your work space. place the other strip of tape horizontally in the center of the first piece of tape. you should have a good amount of the sticky side hanging on the top and bottom. fold the sticky parts over to make a long non-sticky strip.

Step 8:

take all of your pieces and tape them together like you would tape pieces of cardboard together to make a box. trim any excess.

Step 9: TADA

you have to take the big sheet of duck tape and the 2 10 inch strips of tape and tape them together, then you take the long strip of tape and stick it at the top last you take the other long sheet of tape and tape it to the piece of tape you just stuck on.

how do u make it with 2 colors?

You could do it in two ways. You could alternate the colours of the 10 cm strips or stick tape over the top when you're finished.

Very good, I made one of these last year and it is still surviving. I did mine slighty different, I created one massive sheet then the flaps and stuck it on. Works very well.
