You may want to add some design elements - to make it look better and to cover the mistakes you made during the progress. I added some transparent plastic to the neck, some metallic and plastic pieces around the Whammy, some metallic piece around the StrumBar, some plastic pieces to the body (wanna' look like the bridge and the pickup...)

Hi, I don't have guitar hero, but play frets on fire and already made 2 controllers for it. The first one, which I'm very proud, is made with a ps1 controller connected to my serial port. Now i'm looking for ways to improve this controller and your motion sensor will help me a lot. but i'm writing this to show you how i made my strum bar. I do not have GH/GH2 and I still read this instructable all the way through. This instructable and your final result are both very cool. Thanks to you, I am cosidering getting GH 2, just so I can make my own controller. Lol
