Here is a step-by-step way to make a paper hat like the picture. It's really easy.
You only need one thing to build this super-duper cool hat Here are they materials you need to build the Paper Hat : A4 paper (or A3 for a bigger one...
Fold the paper downwards so it looks like in the picture.
Fold the two corners at the top into the middle like shown in the picture, and also leave a bit of space at the bottom, you'll see in a minute.
Fold the two 'flaps' at the bottom, on one of the flaps fold it up one side then for the other do it the other side like in the picture.
Add some words and signs like in the pictures then you are ready to wear it.
