Simple silhouette, easy to make. There's been a lot of requests on how-to make retro/vintage clothing, so here you have it! :)

Choose your favourite fabric, and do this retro Dress!

You will need:

- Cotton jersey (polka dot)
- T-shirt as a reference
- Sewing machine
- Pins
- Scissors

Step 1: First Step

Picture #2: Fold the fabric on to the opposite side and pin so you can draw the pattern

Dobla la tela del lado opuesto y con los alfileres pincha la tela para luego proceder a dibujar el molde

Picture #3: Use a top with no sleeves to help you make the pattern

Utiliza un top que no tenga mangas así vas a poder guiarte con el para realizar el molde del vestido

Step 2: Second Step

Picture #5: Once your done, the pattern should look like this.

Una vez que hayas terminado de dibujar el molde te debería quedar así

Picture #6: Cut the fabric leaving about 1 cm between the mark and cut.

Corta la tela según el molde dibujado, no olvides dejar como 1 cm entre la marca hecha y donde estás cortando.

Picture #7: Now on to the neck line make a hem with the pins

Ahora en el cuello debes hacer un dobladillo con ayuda de los alfileres

Picture #8: Do the same for the arm part

Realiza el mismo paso en la parte del brazo

Picture #9 and Picture #10: Then very carefully sew the hem

Luego cuidadosamente cose los dobladillos.

Step 3: Third Step

Picture #12 and Picture #13: Sew together the shoulders, remember to use the pins!

Luego cose los hombros, recuerda siempre utilizar los alfileres!

Picture #14 and Picture #15: The last step! Sew the sides of the dress, and you're done!

El último paso es coser ambos lados del vestido y ya está!
