This is how to make a RuneScape account. This is my first instructable so pls, be prepared if its lame beyond lame... Just help me out here please people.

EDIT: I made this Instructable when I was eleven, most likely for the sake of making an Instructable rather than actually imparting any useful information whatsoever. So, if you have stumbled upon this for goodness knows what reason, just enjoy what the internet was like seven years ago.

Step 1: Main Page

Go to www.runescape.com .
Next, click on the CREATE A FREE USERbutton.
Select your age and country. (remember, you must select the age 13 or above to play. Or just fake it.)

Step 2: Username Choosing

Now, choose a username! Let your fantasy run berzerk!
Oh, by the way, there's a little problem for those of you who don't have imaginations (poor u). ALOT of ppl play RuneScape so, resultingly,alot of usernames are taken. For those of u that don't have imaginations, try sumthin REALLY random, like blurb7789.
Or something.
I started playin a year ago so there were less ppl playing.
I made the username Rocker11kaci but something like that won't really work anymore.
If u need ideas 4 usernames, I'll be happy 2 help...

Step 3: Terms, Conditions, and Other Unreadable Stuffs...

Now come the B-O-R-I-N-G terms and conditions....
You can just skip over these and accept.
Here is basically what it covers:
*Dont swear or talk bad.
*Dont ask anyone for personal details.
*Dont scam in any kind of way.
*Dont share your account with anybody else.
*Dont do any "real-world trading".
*Dont pretend youre Jagex staff.
*Dont ask for anyones password.
*MOST IMPORTANT!!! DO NOT USE BOTS, AND DO NOT BUY RUNESCAPE GOLD!!

Step 4: Passwords

This step is pretty straightforward.
Choose a password.
It needs to be longer than 5 characters.
Also accept the terms and conditions.
Easy.

Step 5: NEARLY THERE! STICK WITH ME HERE FOR JUST a FEW MORE SECS!!!

All RITE!!! You did it!!! All you have to do now is click the PLAY button!!! Whoooopeeeeeee!!!

Step 6: Nearer, NEARER!!!

Click either lo or hi detail...
Nearly there dude!

Step 7: World Select...

Now choose a world. make sure it doesent have a gold little star next to it. i advise getting anot very full world (e.g. with not many players on it.)
IF U DONT KNOW WHAT WORLD, JUST SELECT THE BEST FREE WORLD!
