How to make a creepy Halloween image

This is just something i did for fun using pixlr. I am also submitting this into the Halloween photo editing contest, because you gotta be in it to win it!

The way I got the blurry spooky effect was (ironically) by using the glamour glow option under the filter menu on pixlr.Twice.
