Introduction: How to Make a Homemade Jolly-Ball

Have you ever wondered how to make a homemade stall Jolly Ball your horse will love? Then you've come to the right place! In this instructable, you will find step by step instructions on how to make the perfect, inexpensive stall toy your horse will really like!

Step 1: Step One! Gather Your Materials.

For your first step, you need to gather your materials! This project includes pretty good size rope (just enough to be able to tie and hang your toy), Sizzors, and an XL tennis ball (if you don't have one, Petco or Petsmart sells them for a good price.) Now to get started!

Step 2: Step Two!

So, you've gathered your supplies. Now your ready to begin! Start by folding your rope in half, tying bolth ends together, making sure that it will stayed tied. Then, tie the folded end of your rope also making sure it will not come undone. The knot in the picture is not required, you can make any knot you wish as long as it is secure. (Sorry the picture only shows one knot. There should be another one at the other end of your rope that goes into the hole in the tennis ball.)

Step 3:

Now, cut one hole in the top of your tennis ball, large enough that the knot at the end of your rope can fit in, but be sure that your horse cannot pull it out of the hole.

Step 4:

Put your knot into the hole of your tennis ball and be sure your horse cant pull it out. Hang it in your horses stall and enjoy! CAUTION: Hang high enough that your horse cannot slip his/her head in between the rope!
