For people who love pizza!

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to about 450-500 degrees

Step 2:

Gather your Ingredients :
1/4 teaspoon salt
-Big mixing bowl
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-1 set dry yeast
-1 cup of hot water
-2 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour
-Tomato paste/sauce
-cornmeal
-3 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
-your favorite veggies diced
-Mozzarella or sharp cheddar cheese






Step 3:

Bring in a big bowl with one cup of hot water.Into the water add 1 teaspoon of sugar, and drizzle dry yeast on top.

Step 4:

-In a food cutter/processor, add 2 3/4 cups flour and salt.
-Combine the two ingredients until apaste form appears.
- As the dough starts to form, combine 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 5:

Remove the dough from the processor and sprinkle flour on a clean surface.
Add the dough to the surface as you knead your dough into a ball shape.

Step 6:

-Place your ball of dough into a big bowl that contains olive oil on the inside.
-Make sure the bowl is entirely covered with olive oil so the dough could blend completely.
-Cover the top of the bowl with saran wrap for about forty minutes.
- The dough should rise, as it is cooling in the bowl.

Step 7:

-Using your hands, start to compress and push the dough consistently out from the middle until it measures about 7 to 8 inches in diameter
- carefully place the flattened dough onto a round pizza pan

Step 8:

-Add about 9 tablespoons of marinara or pizza sauce to the surface of the dough.
- Add cheese on top of the pizza sauce, and any veggies you prefer.

Step 9:

-Bake for 10-15 minutes at 450 degrees, so the outside is golden brown and crunchy on the edges.
- After you take it out, wait for it to cool down
- ENJOY !
