How to make a really cooooooool pinata!!

Hey guys! pinatas are found at every mexican celebration.Today they are filled with candys,toys and lots of surpises!!!! I really wanted to make one so ran to the shop and got-
1.Balloon
2.Crepe paper and other decorative material(optional)
Things I found at home-
3.2 cups flour
4.3 cups water
5.Paints,crayons or markers
6.Newspaper
7.String

Step 1 Step 1

The first step is very simple.You must blow up a large ballon and tie the ends.A small balloon won't help.This is why I had to get a large party balloon!If you had a smaller ballon your pinata would be small and this is not what we want.

you've got to keep on layering your ballon!After it has dried up you must decorate it and attach cone shaped party hats!!!!to make it like a star!A classic pinata is star shaped!******************************************************************And then you must string it!!
