I think your circuit diagram is not correct. how come IN of lm350 is connected to Negative of bridge rectifier. Also i find something fishy with power led connected to REG of lm350

You're right about the in of the LM350, I made a mistake with the outputs of the bridge rectifier. BUT there is nothing "fishy" on the LED connected to the REG of the LM350, as is connected so it will control the current, not the voltage.

 That's is inside the power supply, it's a bridge rectifier.

How do you make the temperature sensor?

The sensor came from a psu, it did have it, and you don't really need it, I just installed it to have the fun running slower and so doesn't make much noise.

you dont make it but you dont even need a heat sensor his fan just happend to have one built in all you need is a powerfull fan should cost about £2-3 on ebay.
