How to make an airsoft target

Here's a really easy way to make an airsoft target if you don't want to bother buying one.

Please go easy on me, this is my first instructable.

Feel free to make suggestions to make it better.

Step 1: Gathering the materials

You will need the objects in the picture, a box, airsoft BB's, an airsoft gun, paper, and tape.

you could try lining the back with duct tape ( it works with my 210 fps gun, but i dont think it works with high fps guns)

in a war i use my sniper and i have to say duel m 74s are an awesome side arm.

you could add 2-3 inces of foam in the back of the box for more powerful guns

You could put some foam on the bottom so the BB's won't stop instantly but slow down very fast :)

I could tear a hole on both sides in a few seconds with my gun. It needs a steel box enclosure. So when the bbs shatter against it bb fragments don't go flying everywhere

whats the point of catching the bbs if your not supposed to use them twice? well, on my gun your not.

A simple solution: If you aren't supposed to re-use BB's in your gun, chances are it is also powerful enough to penetrate the other side of the box as well.

 Most LPEGs and low to midgrade springs guns aren't affected by reused BBs.  They only become an issue in higher quality guns, where your barrel is typically smaller, BBs with dents/chips/snags/seams harm the fine workings in the barrel and hop-up, which generally aren't present on lower end guns, like the one shown in the pictures here.

Also, catching BBs is good so you don't have a litter of small plastic all about the area, and can dispose of them properly, or recycle them for use in the guns I just mentioned.

You could cut some cardboard to fit the bottom of the box and make it stronger

if you go on Google images and type in "airsoft target" it'll come up with some great targets. select one of them and hit print. then there will be a really good target for your target. :D
