How to Make an Easy Elevator Without Redstone in Minecraft

Here is an elevator I made by myself that uses no Redstone and is easy to make.

Step 1:

Make a 3x3 square with a hole in the middle.

Step 2:

Next to the square, make a stack of blocks as high as you want your elevator to be.

Step 3:

At the top of the stack, put another 3x3 square. It should be hovering above the other 3x3.

Step 4:

Stack ice in the hole of the square from the first 3x3 to the other 3x3 hovering above.

Step 5:

Break every other ice block in the stack.

Step 6:

Do the same to the stack of blocks to the side of the 3x3.

Step 7:

Put torches between the blocks in the stack.

Step 8:

Wait until ice melts, but don’t take out the torches. You can break the first ice block in your 3x3 on the ground and replace it with a solid block.

Step 9:

Walk into the floating water blobs and hold down your jump key. Your elevator will start to carry you up.

Enjoy your transportation system :D
