1 packet of Koka noodles
Herbs and spices
3 tbsps of soya sauce
Ketchup (optional / 'secret weapon')
Saute the minced meat.
Whilst waiting for the meat to turn golden brown, boil 2 cups of water. And pour it in the noodle bowl. Stick it in the microwave for 2mins.
Once the meat is golden brown, put the mushrooms.
Leave it for a few minutes then put in the mixed vegetables.
Take the noodles out of the microwave and drain.
Season the meat and vegetables.
Put the noodles in and mix it all together.
Voila! There's your stir-fry noodles!
