1. Cut a 2- 6 inch strip of duct tape
2. Fold the tape over (making there be no stickiness sticking out)
3. Fold the strip three ways, going in opposite directions each time like a fan
4. Pinch the middle and wrap a thin piece of the same tape around the center of the duck tape.
5. Stick a bobby pin through the back of the wrapped piece of tape
