How to make felt art using a needler tool

A needler tool(as I call it) is used for joining two pieces of felt cloth together without any other one-use materials like string.First picture is a piece made with needle and thread.Second picture is made using the needler tool.This is a collaboration between me and my mom.

Note:Some images don't have notes,because the note script wont work sometimes.

Step 1: How it works

The needler tool has tiny needles inside.When you hit(press quickly,not exactly hit) the work with the tool,these needles catch some of the fibers and locks it to another set of fibers(the other cloth under it).This holds them together.The brush is only for providing an area so that the needles don't break because they hit a hard item.Here,I have a Paint drawing of how it works(pic.2).
Note:Work 1 may be hard to see.
