Introduction: How to Make Healthy, Gluten Free, Flourless Pancakes
Make flourless pancakes! These are healthy, and a fun way to cook. I've made them, and it turned out pretty good!
Step 1: Ingredients
● 1 banana
● 2 eggs
● blueberries (optional)
● some kind of oil for the pan
Of course as being pancakes, you still need to cook them. So you'll need:
○ 1 pan
○ 1 spatula
○ 1 mixing bowl
○ 1 whisk or fork
So this is what you'll need! Hence the word, "ingredients".
Step 2: Mixing
Chop up the banana, and put them into the bowl. Then crack both of the eggs and put them into the bowl as well. Next, mix them with the whisk or fork. Make sure it's completly mixed before putting them into the pan!
Step 3: Cooking
Make sure there is already oil on the pan and that the stove is set to low. Put a reasonable amount of the mix onto the pan. If you want, you can put blueberries or something else into the pancakes. I suggest blueberries though. When the sides look good, flip it over. When it isnt gooey at the bottom, take it off the pan and put it on the plate. I think the best drink to go with it is milk, but you can have something else or nothing at all! Also, you should have some fruit to go along with it. And sorry for bad quality in this picture. Im not proffesional at taking pictures!
