Make flourless pancakes! These are healthy, and a fun way to cook. I've made them, and it turned out pretty good!

Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients:
● 1 banana
● 2 eggs
● blueberries (optional)
● some kind of oil for the pan

Of course as being pancakes, you still need to cook them. So you'll need:
○ 1 pan
○ 1 spatula
○ 1 mixing bowl
○ 1 whisk or fork

So this is what you'll need! Hence the word, "ingredients".

Step 2: Mixing

Chop up the banana, and put them into the bowl. Then crack both of the eggs and put them into the bowl as well. Next, mix them with the whisk or fork. Make sure it's completly mixed before putting them into the pan!

Step 3: Cooking

Make sure there is already oil on the pan and that the stove is set to low. Put a reasonable amount of the mix onto the pan. If you want, you can put blueberries or something else into the pancakes. I suggest blueberries though. When the sides look good, flip it over. When it isnt gooey at the bottom, take it off the pan and put it on the plate. I think the best drink to go with it is milk, but you can have something else or nothing at all! Also, you should have some fruit to go along with it. And sorry for bad quality in this picture. Im not proffesional at taking pictures!

Step 4: Enjoy!

Comment if you are going to do this! And if you did, did it work out right for you to? Did it taste good for you as well? Hopefully, you liked this and enjoyed your healthy flourless pancakes!

@Miss Sarcastic, I'm sorry it has been over a year since I have been on this account. And no, I am not a professional photographer. Thank you though! And once again, sorry for talking so very, very, very, VERY long to reply.

Also, I wanted to say your pictures look really good! Are you a professional photographer?

I've tried these before and they taste FANTASTIC with maple syrup. Yours look delicious!

These don't look very promising

I've tried. Not as much good as I expected! Pancakes got broken up in the frying pan at the time of flipping them. It may depends on the variety of the bananas...

yeah probabaly. It really depends on what you use to make pancakes, like one time i made strawberry pancakes and it completely fell apart the first few times. But like this recipe, they tasted great!

My partner is gluten-intolerant, so we're always looking for good alternatives to wheat flour recipes.

So I tried these today....OK, they were a little more fragile in the pan than 'regular' pancakes, but the taste and texture were excellent, very more-ish.

This is definitely going on our list, thank you!

I am!

whos gonna try?
