How to make parametric speaker

You know ultrasonic technology Parametric speaker? It has super directivity.There is product like audio spotlight.audio spotlight.If you want make it by yourself,this is introduce for building.This hand made parametric speaker has much distortion,sorry.

Step 1 DSB modulator

You need modulate ultrasonic by audio signals.DSB modulator is usefull.DSB modulator is popular circuit around amature HAM radio.

The schematics uploaded fine they just don't initially show them large to make page loading easier, you have to click the image and later file link. Your site doesn't give much detail on the transducer speaker itself, just buy it here links. What transducers did you use, how did you wire it up, etc. Also your parts list for the "modulator" doesn't say what they are, and it should be here too, all it is is a list of part numbers.
