Sorry but this is my first instructable so it might be hard to follow

Step 1: Requirements

You need to have two things and if you have windows xp you won't need them all you need is:
1.Windows movie maker
2.paint
3.A lot of patience!!!

Step 2: Setting the Frame Rate

Picture of Setting the Frame Rate

Go to windows movie maker and click on "Tools"(sorry for lack of pics) then go to "options..." and you will see 2 things 1.picture duration and 2.transition duration go to picture duration and put it on the lowest setting which is 0.125 seconds this is 8 frames per second.

Step 3: Using Paint

This is fairly simple just familiarize yourself with this program and you should be fine.
All you have to do is make folder for your pictures and every time you want something to move erase it then draw it in a different place and do that over and over and over...
then when your done drawing your frames import them into windows movie maker and you should be good to go!

Sweet! Will have to try it. My two favorite programs are Paint and Windows Movie Maker, so this should be fun.

HAHAHAHA...love the video!! too funny.
I have used Movie Maker a lot, but it never occurred to me to use it this way...thank you for your 'very simple & easy' to follow instructions.

If this is still your only one, I look forward to seeing more of your instructables.
