Fill the pot with 3 quarts of water, add a tablespoon salt and put the pot to the hot-plate. When the water boil add the spaghetti and stir. All of the spaghetti must be covered with water. Boil for 10-12 minutes. Then drain spaghetti into a strainer and rinse them with warm water. This will eliminates the starchiness from the pasta so it doesn't stick together. When you make a pasta no matter what is it always rinse it with water. Add 2-3 tablespoons olive oil and stir well. Spaghetti are ready.
