Step 1: Ingredients
3 cups sugar
2 cups plus 4 teaspoon oil
1 29 oz can of pumpkin
4 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
Step 2: Set the Oven to 350 Degrees.
Step 3: Grease and Flour the Pans
Step 4: Sift All Dry Ingredients in a Bowl
Step 5: In a Separate Bowl, Use the Mixer to Blend the Liquid Ingredients Together. This Includes the Can of Pumpkin.
Step 6: Take the Dry Ingredients and Pour Into the Liquid Ingredients. Stir Enough Just to Moisten.
Step 7: Pour the Batter Into the Pans.
I recommend that three 9x5 loaf pans are used so the bread bakes all the way through easily.
Step 8: *Optional: Sprinkle Pumpkin Seeds on the Top.
Step 9: Bake in 325 Degrees for an Hour to an Hour and Ten Min.
Step 10: TIme to Enjoy Your Delicious Snack!
Let cool for several hours. It can be served warm with butter and cream cheese as an afternoon snack or cold as a refreshment with your morning coffee. Enjoy!
