Have Chicken Breast leftovers???
Step 1: Cut the Cooked a Cooled Chicken Breast.
Dice the cooked and cooled chicken breast 1 to 1/2 inch cubes.
Step 2: Place in a Bowl
Put 1 diced chicken breast in bowl along with,
1/2 cup mayonaise (favorite kind of mayo)
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Step 3: Stir
Stir up everything. if needed, put the chicken into another deeper bowl.
Step 4: Place and Decorate
Put a generous amount of chicken onto the bread on a plate, place the second piece of bread on top and decorate the plate with more cranberries and walnuts.
Enjoy your leftover sandwhich.
