How to modify a nerf dart tag gun

Step 1: Taking it apart

to take apart the nerf gun you must first take out all of the screws. then pull the top part off.

the forks are the things that go inside the hole in the dart so when you stick the dart in it is stabilized and harder for the dart to fall out so after modding,don't hold it down

I've screwed my gun up 2. there's a spring near the trigger thats not attached to anything and if I pull the trigger it doesn't go back into the original position, it just sits there. could you please tell me what to attach the the spring to?

sometimes if you screw in the screws to tight it wont rotae just loosen the outside screws

Ive got a simple mod, To make the gun shoot farther, take a few rubber bands around the thing you cock the gun with and put the other end around the front handle.

so your saying the forks have the 3 prongs and the sticks are the long things with bases? take those out? okay...
