I love painting feathers, it`s the symbolism they have that make me paint them over and over again. If you want to learn more about what the feathers are symbols of, read in my blog post: DIY: Feathers.

Step 1: Sketch.

I always have a model of a feather so that the painting looks as real as possible.Start with sketching the feather with a pencil.
