I always have a model of a feather so that the painting looks as real as possible.Start with sketching the feather with a pencil.

They are lovely.

Sorry but I did not like the video as I could not see though your hand to see how

you put pencil, pen, ink, brash, to paper. The camera on the other side or over head

mite be better.
