The process does include some equipment that is not typical for most house kitchens and is more commonly found in a larger restaurant kitchen. The steps that use this equipment can be substituted by using your local butcher or meat counter, so read the steps carefully. This process at our restaurant takes about 1 hour from start to finish, from cutting, tenderizing, prepping, breading, cooking and serving. If you are a beginner it may take 45 minutes - 1 hour if you buy precut loins or 2 hours if you try to cut them on your own. The following instructions will allow you to make a delicious sandwich that is sure to impress you or anyone you make it for. So go ahead and give it a go because everyone loves a good cook, especially the ladies.
TIP: For best results read through these steps from start to finish before attempting. This will give you the chance to make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment and to ask any questions you may have before starting.
