you will only need a basketball.

Step 1: Step 1

Grab a basketball and hold it in front of your stomach.

Step 2: Step 2

bend your knees with the basketball in both of your hands.

Step 3: Step 3

when the basketball is in your hands make sure its in front of your stomach also.

Step 4: Step 4

rise the basketball facing your forehead only about two inches a part.

Step 5: Step 5

make sure your arm is formed as a capital L.

Step 6: Step 6

stand on the tip of your toes and make sure that your balanced.

Step 7: Step 7

aim the basketball to the court with the hand that you use to shoot with.

Step 8: Step 8

jump as high as you could.

Step 9: Step 9

while your in the air shoot the ball and make sure you flick your wrist and then your done.
