To build better teamwork in a team there needs to be a cond between team members. Some activities that you could use are team sports, creativity competences(like destination imagination,etc), camping, and the one I think is the best one is hiking.

When you are hiking, teamwork is not an option. You really need to help others and at the same time get help. This really helps to make bonds between team members.
