Your new images will now show up in your image and file library when you are editing your new Instructable.

Click on your tag link to show just those images that have been tagged.

Yes. When you upload, there is a pulldown menu. Select 'Internet' and just enter the full url of the image.

I did all that you said but I still can't access my photos! The Box above that should show all my images instead says "This area will preview your images!?!?!??! What did I Do Wrong?
