Streaming TV shows off the internet is very simple once you find a good source.
Here is a list I have complied of my favorite sources for web sites. Most of these site do not actually host the content but link to the content.

Alluc.org- Good all around site. Movies, TV shows-Not beautiful but does the job.
Peek Vid- Good site with TV shows, Movies, Cartoons, and Sports. Well laid out.
Find Internet TV-Allows you to search for tv shows and rates the sources.
Side Reel-Allows users to search, watch and discuss TV shows. Sometimes has good links.
Bed Room Media- This one has movies. Looks pretty good.
AllSP-Allsp is especially for South Park.

AOL Video- Thanks sariah!!
Family Guy Now-This is every family guy episode. Its great!!
South Park Studios- Here is a legal version of allsp.com The Great thing about this site is that they have the new episodes uncensored.
