Here are the basic sex positions, and a breakdown of each:

• Missionary Position

Possibly the most common position, good for beginners, very intimate as both partners are facing each other

• Doggy Style

Not as intimate as missionary, but lots of fun, a little bit advanced for beginners

• Cowgirl Style

Also a good beginners choice, as the female has control of penetration and speed, also a lot of fun

• Legs up

A great choice for those getting a little more comfortable, and great all round, she's on the bottom, one leg goes up on your shoulder first then you lean over to allow the other up, then work away...
