There are many ways to download flash games and most of them are not very comfortable. This instructable will show you how to download them in Firefox really easy using "Video DownloadHelper". It will take a little time to configure it the right way, but you will need even less time to download the games.

Sorry, I don't know the reason why there is no arrow at your DH. I've got a second PC with Windows and DH has an arrow there. So the fact that I'm using Linux isn't the reason.... :-S
