Introduction: Human Powered Vehicle

Human Powered Vehicle is basically the name given to all vehicles that are run by the physical application of strength of driver and are required to reduce the pollution. Although all bicycle are also human powered vehicles but trikes are well renowned vehicles for their better ergonomics, low center-of-gravity, optimized wheelbase, wheel-track, easy steering geometry and frame. Only because of these reasons this vehicle become best for elders and injured people. For the optimum design, many factors have to be considered to prevent it from toppling over during cornering at tight turns. The sustainability of the vehicle and environment friendly nature is quite favorable for its popularity.

    if both the wheels in front are attached to same shaft does not the vehicle skid on turns.

    How does this design differ from any other recumbent-type HPV on the market today? What is the overall goal of your design - to improve on current HPV designs in some way?

    Other vehicles which are present in market are not having simple steering mechanism but as a student we used quiet simple mechanism that is simple combination of knuckle joint mechanism and Ackerman steering mechanism, which was supposed to be optimum up to our level and having minimum turning radius of 7 feet that was comparable to other market vehicles

    Would love to see more of this. Parts list ,Etc...Etc... I would so make this !
