Maybe you could add how to form into loaves? If people have never made bread before, they may not know how to achieve the torpedo shape, how to have the seam on the bottom so it doesn't open on top, etc. Also, do you oil the pans?

Some times I oil them, the pans I use so often are seasoned like a cast iron frying pan so the loaves don't stick. Olive oil, unsalted butter, spray oil, etc can be used. I tried to keep this Instructable as brief as possible to get the main idea of a quick and easy method of baking bread with the time I have available to post it. Forming the dough could be an instructable all in itself as I prefer the storyboard type of instructable versus a video version.
