I took a deck of cards and Hollowed out a space inside to fit my Ipod Nano.
Then I fitted the Ipod inside and mounted a card on the Back and one with a viewing hole on the front..
You can even still use the click wheel and its easy to find because it lines up right underneath the bottom circle on the card back design....

Step 1: What You Need,

An Ipod Nano
A Deck of Cards,
Exacto-Blade or if your lazy like me, Dremel Tool..
Double Sided Tape,
And PATIENCE

Step 2: Start Cuttin Cards..

First I taped all the Cards together into a stack,
and marked off where the spot for the ipod to go,
then I started using the exacto blade to cut out the rectangles.

After a while this got very tedious so i pinched the stack with vice grips and taped up all the sides
so they wouldnt move. then i started using the dremel tool with a tiny saw bit on it.. that did the trick.

KEEP test fitting the Ipod to make sure you dont remove too much material.

One your done that use double faced tape to stick the back onto the stack..

Now that the Stack will stay put, use the knife or dremel to remove the headphone hole at the bottom of the pack.

I Then made one more card without a center to cover the headphones hole over..

Step 3: Making the Front..

I marked out where the screen would go on the front card and cut it out.
Then I Test fit everything.. it fit so i mounted the front on, But only on 3 sides.. to allow me to remove the ipod...

I also Taped another card onto the side like a hinge to make a front cover to close it all up...

Step 4: And There You Have It!

The very last thing I did was take a picture of a card and upload it to the ipod to camoflauge the screen... lol

The Clickwheel buttons even work from behind the Rider back on the card. the circle on the back design almost perfectly lined up with the clickwheel
