I can't get my quarter!??!

This instructable will show you how to make an simple,irritating prank to play on someone who picks up loose change on the street.

You will need
*5-min. epoxy
*a coin
*a sharpie pen

This is a very annoying trick. I remember finding a quarter in front of a pop machine when I was a kid and it was glued down. I always wanted to go back with a chisel to get the quarter, but never got around to it.
