Made from 4mm (3/16") acrylic, I've included the cut files if you'd like to make your own...
Settings on an Epilog Helix 45watt are:
Raster - 60 speed, 100 power; vector - 8 speed, 100 power, 5000 frequency
He snaps into the base really well, no adhesive needed.
Make sure to say "I love you" when you give it to your significant other :-)
