Seal it Tight

Apply a thin layer of E-6000 around the inside of the vial's cap. Apply the cap and then firmly squeeze it into place for several minute. I blasted it with a hair dryer on high for a few minutes to speed the process along.

So it doesn't screw open accidentally, and all that's in it is a piece of paper that says "I Love you Because.." Not much to look at. If you wanted to add more, you probably wouldn't have to seal it. More of a 'jewelry' item.
