Step 1: PREP MATERIALS

Picture of PREP MATERIALS

You will need to size your dog dishes/risers appropriately.

Cut the squares, I used oak plywood.

Trace the dog bowl.

Cut the circle just inside the line to accept the lip of the dog bowl.

OPTIONAL, stain the wood. You may also want to see the natural wood tone.

OPTIONAL, cut flat metal edging and drill holes in it to screw into the wood. You can also use solid oak trim.

Screw in your edging on all four sides if you chose to use trim, recommended.

Step 2: ASSEMBLY

Picture of ASSEMBLY

For two risers you will need to have:

8 threaded pipes.

8 flanges.

8 end caps.

Screw a flange on one end of a pipe and an end cap on the other end.

Screw the flanges to the bottom corners of the wood, touching the inside edges of the trim as seen in pics.

Apply a few coats of spray poly onto the entire thing, top and bottom, wood and pipes alike.

Step 3: END RESULT, COOL
