Introduction: IPhone "Broken Apps" Prank

Hey everyone, gunnyboy here with a short little instructable on a prank that I came up with which I call the "broken apps" prank. This prank, when done correctly, will make your friend think their phone is busted cause their apps won't load. It's very simple and easy to set up, and you can take great pleasure in the sight of your friend repeatedly punching the apps to make them load. Here's how:

Step 1: Take a Screenshot of Their First Desktop Page

This can be done by scrolling to the page and pressing the home and power button at the same time.

Step 2: Make the Screenshot Their Wallpaper

Open "photos" then go to camera roll, find the screenshot, and hit the button on the lower left. Then hit "make wallpaper", don't change the scale, tap "set", then "set as home screen."

Step 3: Set Up the Screen

Bundle all of the apps into those pesky folders and put them on the last screen. Take out the app that was on the top left of your "wallpaper screenshot", in my case it was "facetime," and place it over the fake so the page stays open.

Step 4: Hand Your Victim the "broken" Phone

Set the page to the one with the 1 app in the corner, then tell them to text you with message or something. When they say it won't work, ask them to open up notes or the AppStore and watch and laugh as your friend taps their apps to no avail. Then tell them what you did and undo the prank before they lose their minds. :) I hope you enjoyed this little prank, and if so, please drop a vote for me for the April fools contest. Have fun pranking!
