Last summer my neighbors were in a bad fore wheeling accident and had to be airlifted to Mayo Clinic. It was a husband and his wife. He lost all of his memory and couldn't remember his own parents. His wife recovered faster than he did and only suffered from short term memory loss. They were both hospitalized for a couple months and it cost the family a lot of money. So all of the neighbors decided to have a benefit for them. My family thought it would be a good idea to make bag boards for the benefit. They are huge Iowa State fans so we thought we would go with that theme. My dad made the boards and I did the painting. It took many coats for the yellow. The only difficult part is making sure that the cyclone matched on each board. The boards were a big hit and helped raise a lot of money for their family!
