Here are the ingredients you will need.
- 1 stick of softened butter (microwave it for 10 seconds)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup of cold milk
- 1 and a half cups of all purpose baking flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- a cupcake pan with cupcakes molds about 2 inches in diameter
- about 10 sugar cones (or as many as you need if you make less cupcakes)
- an oven and a mixing bowl
- and an icing bag, a couple red gumballs, and white icing.
Before you start if your oven takes a long time to preheat ,like mine, you might want to start preheating it.
First you need to take 1 cup of sugar, the stick of softened butter, and the 2 tsp of vanilla extract and mix them at a speed from 4 to 2 until the mix starts to look creamy, then you add an egg and mix until it gets creamy again, then you do that again with another egg until it gets creamy.
Next you need to get a medium sized bowl and a rubber spatula and mix together the 1 and a half cups of flour, the milk, and the 1/2 tsp of baking powder. After a while it should all kind of form into a lump of dough. Then you Put it in the mixer and mix it with the Sugar and butter mixture until it looks smooth.
Now spray your pan with Pam Cooking Spray and pour in your batter. Fill each mold about half way or a little more if you want them to be a bit bigger. Now put them in the oven at 350 Degrees for about 18 minutes. Let them cool for about 10 minutes.
FInally take some of your bigger cupcakes and put them into the cones. FIll one of your icing bags with white icing and try to circle around the cupcake making your circle get smaller as you go higher. Once you finish that take a red gumball and put it on top ( as the cherry) and now you have some delicious Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes
