You need to acquire the following:
  • Ice Cream or other frozen delight (sherbet and sorbet work too)
  • Magic Shell - homemade is best, and you can create your own flavor combinations
  • Sticks

Try this:after dipping it in once or twice and let it go hard then after I has gone hard dip in caramel so that there is a thick layer of caramel. Then dip in the chocolate again a couple of times and let it go hard-pls reply

There's a great 'ible on making your own "Magic Shell". Here's the link; http://www.instructables.com/id/Homemade-Magic-Shell-Recipe/ ................................ I like to keep it in the "family" whenever I can. ;-)
Lance Mt. says: Aug 30, 2010. 11:39 PM

mrkake says: Aug 31, 2010. 11:49 AM
@Lance Mt. - I realized that after I posted, but I meant the Instructables "family" at large. I wish I was in Scoochmaroo's family! I could be a beta tester for all the yummy stuff being made! :-b

Dear Mrs.Scoochmarro and/or there abouts,

I am writing to express my interest in applying for a job as a beta tester towards your experimental food recipes..
scoochmaroo (author) says: Nov 30, 2010. 2:16 PM
Hah! Accepted. You will need to relocate to San Francisco. You will be paid in food experiments. The food experiments will not always make you happy. But mostly they will :D

Great idea. If you pre-chilled the metal sheet then they might not turn out so melty so quickly.
scoochmaroo (author) says: Aug 9, 2010. 10:42 AM
Ooh, good tip!

Thur says: Aug 5, 2010. 10:18 AM
Don't you think the pocky would break if it was used to support a scoop of ice cream?

Even better, get a small square of ice cream cake and put that in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then dip in the magic shell chocolate. Its hella good.
