This is how to make an UL/L (Ultra Light/Light) bobber for ice fishing.
You need:
A chopstick
bright Krylon paint
1/4 oz lead weight
thin wire
stir straw
hot glue
wine cork
Pocket knife/ multi tool

Step 1: Floatation

Bore a hole in the cork and push the chopstick through with the thick end ^up^

Step 2: Stabilization

Now thin the bottom end of your bobber and glue your 1/4oz lead weight to the thinned out part.

Step 3: Color

paint the thick end (the top) a bright color Using Krylon outdoor Paint

Step 4: Bore Out Holes

Bore a hole in the top and botton(use stir sticks, wire, and hot glue too support the bottom of the float)

Step 5: Your Done!!!!!

It works too!! Thread your line through the two holes and use it as an adjustable depth bobber.

I wanted to let you know that I linked this post on my blog entry on wine cork uses. What a great idea! Thanks for the tutorial.

http://iwanttomakethis.com/
