Not to be a pedant or anything but there's nothing in the video saying to leave it to cool or put in the fridge to cool and add ice cubes. It just shows you making a hot jug of tea with lemon.

hey, if you want the quality to be a bit better, just clamp your webcam to a chair or something to keep it still! good job though! .... although I don't think I've ever put lemon in the iced tea. I'll have to try that next time.
